Andy George set out to construct a sandwich with only his own two hands for his YouTube series, How to Make Everything. His famous sandwich experiment ended up taking six months and costing $1,500. With ingredients he grew, gathered, butchered and milled, he handcrafted a lunch that looked very much like the $17 chicken sandwich you may order at the deli in your town.
